Volunterring@HIAL

In June 2018, worked as a volunteer at HIAL, Leh. It was an amazing experience for living in the different climatic conditions at such high altitude (~ 3500 metres above MSL) and also working with the most innovative team. My sincere thanks and gratitude to Mr Sonam Wangchuk and team SECMOL /HIAL for providing this opportunity. TeaM, Be Connected !

Till mid-2002, I was working as part of the team, under someone's supervision. Then I had been assigned a team. Initially I wasn't sure that how and when to assign tasks to them, to check quality of work completed by them and at the same time, how to get enough time to complete my part. And I believe, everyone face this dilemma when becoming a team leader first time.  I used to collaborate as their co-worker and I found it very helpful in terms of connecting (professionally & personally) with them and  started getting positive results in terms of work completion on time.  Within 2 years of team leadership, I understood and concluded that TeaM work is pure collaboration and as a team leader I am also part of the collaboration. Since then, there is no leader in my team.
