Meditate while you drive

I regularly practice meditation while driving. Are you  still unable to believe it? The  practice of meditation  is  misunderstood.  To  practice  mindfulness, you do not  need  to be  lying  on the floor with your eyes closed in  the full-lotus position. You can do it while  you're  eating,  taking  a shower,  waiting for the elevator,  or  even  while  you're  driving or  strolling.  This is what  I  mean. "The  practice  of  establishing  a  greater  level of  consciousness,  awareness of thoughts, feelings, emotions , the breath,  and surrounds"  is one way to  describe  mindfulness. So, he...
